There are two big elephants in the room, a lot of Chat GPT enthusiasts are missing out:

1. doing a google search, you want to be presented with multiple results to choose from, because there is never a single truth to a question. I am pretty sure nobody wants to have an AI deciding what is the single correct answer to your question.

2. chat gpt wiill never be able to guarentee a correct result, it is always making the response up based on training data. the model would need to be retrained daily with the whole internet, which is computationally not feasble.
