I think you are missing the Waymo service somewhere near Phoenix, which is indeed driving without a driver like in san fransisco. I am not sure about remote control though. Apart from that I am totally fine with your arguments, especially about Tesla using its naming of the Level 2 driver assistants that fool poeple to think they already do autonomous driving. By the way Tesla's system is the worst over here in germany compared to other systems. It cannot event detect a speed sign right. But that's something for another article.
