Hi Maithri, tbh I have Not yet tested it in production on a private / company dataset. Just saw promising results on the imdb dataset. I would love to test it though. I would use the mxnet model, as the data I would try it on has no clear sequential ordering. Have you had a look at the recom package of an Nvidia? The Tutorial looked quite detailed to me.
